Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by abc565.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, crash game, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the website at https://abc565.app and all associated services.
• "Wager" means a bet placed on any Game using real-money or bonus funds from a Player's Account.

Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with abc565 or any gaming platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for determining its legality where you reside.

abc565 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided. One Account per person is permitted. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, abc565 will close the duplicate(s) and may void any associated winnings or bonus balances.

Account Verification (KYC)

abc565 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time abc565 reasonably requests verification. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by abc565 may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure. abc565 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to complete KYC requirements in a timely manner.

Deposits and Withdrawals

abc565 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform from time to time.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless abc565 expressly agrees otherwise in writing. abc565 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines stated on the Platform; however, processing times may vary and are not guaranteed. abc565 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment processors or banking institutions.

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Bonuses and Promotions

abc565 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• abc565 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• abc565 may require additional verification before releasing bonus winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any Game or Platform feature.
• Creating or accessing more than one Account.
• Using the Account of another person, whether or not with their consent.

abc565 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct and to share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

Game Rules and Outcomes

All Games on the abc565 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each Game is governed by its own set of rules as presented within the Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels in real time. abc565 does not influence or manipulate Game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, abc565 will apply its fair resolution policy as outlined in the applicable Game rules. Any wager placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided and the Wager amount returned to the Player's Account.

Sports Betting Rules

abc565 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general sports betting rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player.
• abc565 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market conditions and may be suspended or refused during critical match moments.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council). Replays, abandoned matches, or disqualifications are handled per the specific event rules.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply as published on the Platform.

Account Dormancy and Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. abc565 will notify the Account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. After the notification period, abc565 may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the Account Balance, as published on the Platform, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity. Players may reactivate a closed dormant Account by contacting customer support and completing any required re-verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc565 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any Game.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features.
• Delays or failures in transmission of data attributable to internet service providers, mobile networks, or other third-party infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any decision made by abc565 in the exercise of its discretionary rights under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

abc565 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may, at any time, request deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, or a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of abc565.

Account Closure and Termination

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

abc565 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. Where an Account is closed by abc565 for cause, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

abc565 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 14.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through abc565's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the Parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels.
